ABC host George Stephanopoulos peppered JD Vance with questions Sunday about an investigation into Tom Homan: 

The FBI went undercover and reportedly offered Homan 50k in exchange for government contracts relating to immigration enforcement in 2024 (during the Biden Admin).

You get the feeling that Christopher Wray’s FBI deliberately began this entrapment just so Stephanopoulos could ask this type of question of the Homeland Security advisor.

Here’s my question: Why was the FBI going undercover to try to set up Tom Homan to commit a supposed crime? This was the Biden DOJ and Christopher Wray’s FBI, the most political, dirty law enforcement, who set up an entrapment scheme against a future Trump official. In other words, this is a crime generated by the FBI itself, rather than the FBI stopping a crime.

It’s like the Russia collusion investigation, in which the crimes were generated by the investigation itself, rather than uncovering existing wrongdoing.
